Do you require a deposit when booking?
Yes, out of respect for our customers with busy schedules, we want to make sure that people commit to their appointments.

Do you work on lowered/lifted cars?
Is this a serious question? Of course we do! Lifted trucks or lower cars are cool — cool builds are always welcome at our shop.

Can I wait in the shop while the work is being done? Do you have wifi?
We encourage you to hang out in the shop while your work is being done—you’re welcome to watch the process if you like. Or, if you just want to chill and enjoy the vibes, bring a laptop and take advantage of our free Wi-Fi.

Alignment FAQ

Hey! I'm in need of an alignment! Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment online so we can give you dedicated time and avoid long waits. We do take walk-ins, but you might have to wait a bit if we’re busy, and we want to respect your time
 

Do you accept same day walk ins?

Yes, we take same-day walk-ins! Just keep in mind there might be a short wait if all our appointment slots are full.
 

Why do you charge a deposit when booking?

Out of respect for our customers who have a tight schedule, we want to make sure that people commit to their appointments, especially when it's track season.

Do you work on lowered/lifted cars?

Of course we do. For the lower guys and gals, we have extended ramps on our alignment rack.

Does your alignment machine have a weight capacity?

Our machine has a capacity of 12,000 pounds.

How much will it cost and how long will it take?

It depends on what you're getting done but our standard factory alignment starts at $125 and usually takes about an hour.
 

I got an alignment but now my steering wheel is not straight, what is the warranty, and what's the best way to reach you?

Sorry to hear that! Let’s get you back in as soon as possible to get that wheel straight. We warranty our work for one month, so if the car still doesn’t drive straight after the second visit, we’ll need to check your suspension parts to make sure they’re not worn. If you have
 

What if you cannot align it, will you still charge me?

Typically, we don't. It's a case by case basis.

We accept same-day walk-ins for customers bringing their own tires or needing an emergency patch repair.

I need to cancel but I already paid my deposit. When will I get a refund?

Our deposit is nonrefundable, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your appointment as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
 

How much will new tires cost total (including mounting, balancing, disposal fees, and taxes)?

Our standard mount is $30 per tire, stretching tires or off-road tires are $40 per wheel, balancing is $10 per wheel, and tire disposal is $4 per tire.
 

What brands do you carry? And where can I find a tire list?

We have access to nearly all major tire brands, with the exception of Nankang.

How long will my appointment take?

It depends, but most tire jobs take about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Can I buy my own tires and just pay for installation?

Yep, you can definitely buy your own tires and just pay for the installation. If it’s easier, you can have them shipped straight to our shop—just give us a heads-up so we know to expect them
 

Why do I need to pay a deposit on tires?

We ask for a deposit on tire purchases to lock in your order. This helps cover any restocking fees and makes sure everyone’s committed—kind of like having a little skin in the game
 

I booked an appointment but something came up! How do I cancel or reschedule? What happens to my deposit?

No worries, we understand, sh*t happens. Just give us at least 12 hours’ notice, and we’ll happily reschedule for a time that works better for you. We understand that life happens! Your deposit will be kept and applied to your new appointment
 

What happens if I get a flat with these new tires?

It depends on the situation, but we do offer a manufacturer warranty. Keep in mind that it can take some time to process, but we’ll do our best to make it as painless as possible so you and your car can get back on the road quickly
 

Do the tires come with a manufacturer warranty? Do I need to rotate my tires within a certain time frame to honor the warranty?

Some manufacturers do offer a warranty on new tires, but it's a case by case basis. Yes we do recommend that you rotate your tire so that we have the best chance to prove to the manufacturer you were on top of tire maintenance and that the warranty can be honored.
 

Do you offer price matching?

Hell, yes, just send us a link to the tires and the price you found online. Keep in mind, we might not be able to beat Walmart or Costco, but we’ll do our best to give you a great deal.

Can you reuse tire sensors?

Yes, we do reuse tire sensors but if you come in with the car with a tire sensor light already on, we encourage you to replace them with OEM units. The aftermarket ones don't often play nice.

 

Do you offer free rotations, balancing, or flat repairs after purchase?

No, we don’t offer free rotations, balances, or flat repairs after purchase.
 

How long should I wait to book an appoinment after my wheels were freshy painted?

As a rule of thumb, it’s best to wait about two weeks, since the Bay Area isn’t hot enough to fully ‘bake’ the paint. Please let us know if your wheels have been refinished before booking your tire appointment
